P0140 Diagnostic Code

Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

Just got this code yesterday. I have already replaced that O2 sensor awhile back,so I don't think it's it. i reset the SES light and it remains off,could it have been a fluke ses light. Anything I should check if it comes back on? Thanks

I stand corrected,the one I replaced was at the exhaust manifold. This code is telling me that it's sensor number 2.Where is that sensor?down stream in the same pipe? I also am getting a P0300 code and i figure that the P0140 is causing this as well.
