no compression on 1992 camaro v6

i just repace the manifold lower gasket i put it back together now it dont start and no compression timing is right anyone have idea? thanks

sounds like the lifters need to bleed down. Also if you removed the pushrods they are different lengths, be sure they are in the right spots
