My 1999 Camaro, (v6, 5 speed &just got over 96,000 miles) keeps dying on me. It also keeps jerking when I drive. Normally when it dies it will take up to 4 hours before it will start again. Since I had the ignition module replaced 2 weeks ago, it will start up within 5 minutes of dying. When it dies it jerks and loses RPMs. Today it did that and before I could pull over it started right back up on its own. I didn't do anything. I had the battery and altenator replaced in Nov. of 2005. Since August of 2006, the catalytic convertor & exhaust system, brakes, clutch, fuel filter, a sensor (don't remember which one), spark plugs and wires (twice within 2 months) and the ignition module have all been replaced. No one that I've asked that has a camaro has had this problem. It doesn't make any noises or anything like that. Every place I have taken it says that if the car doesn't do what I say it does when they look at it then there is really nothing they can do about it. I have been told it is a number of different things...no one has mentioned the same thing twice. What in the world is wrong with my car?
