I have a 95 Camaro V6 3.4L, with 110,000 miles.
In the past week the car has been running hot, It reaches a temp of about 240 degrees within a few miles of running and doesn't cool down at all. The fan kicks on and runs but temp doesn't drop. I have check the coolant and it is at the correct level.
I just had a tune up done, replaced spark plugs and wires. The running hot problem started about the time I took it into the mechanic for the tune-up. They said they checked for the hot problem but did not find anything wrong. The car has never run more then 185 degrees in the past. I have owned the car for 7 years.
Could anyone help please?
