86 camaro replacing alternator and lower ball joints

I have a chevy camaro, 1986, 107,000 miles, v8 z28 IROC. The alternator and lower ball joints need replacing. I only have a few hundred dollars and no experience or tools. What do I need (parts / tools / manuals) to replace these parts? Also where can I find these things?

Y R U changing the alternator-BJ can come later

If you just wanna replace it-you need the items:

Alternator/BJ /set so sockets/wrenches/pickle fork/ball pin hammer/blow torch/case of Bud you'll be needing it when you start banging on them BJ's. Good Luck
