Electrical problem
1998 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual 83k miles

hello my question is that when i use my wipers they
work but when i shut them off they stop in the upward position and i manually have to put them down.it also seems like the arms have a lot of play.do you know where exactly its located and what im going to need to remove to get to it. any special info on replacing it.thanks pete
