My low coolant warning light comes on a few minutes after driving and stays on. I have checked the coolant level it looks like the bradiator is full. Do I need a flush and fill or is it a thermostat or cooling fans issue?

It's probably none of those things. It's most likely just a faulty low coolant sensor.
It should be a 2" square thing in the side of the radiator.
