no you need one for a 3.8

mi camaro es un rs 95 motor 3.8l pero tiene gobernado de velocidad como se lo pueden quitar

stick with at least a 96 trans for the 3.8L if that is what you have. 95 is obd1.5 and 96 up is obd2 there are some differences.
