My Camaro is hard to steer when backing up or parking? It sometimes seems hard to steer when beginning from a complete stop?

It has a new transmission
It has a new alternator
It has new brakes and clutch

Please help

remove the old oil from pump and fill with new oil.also possible the pump is a little worn out. steering pump.trans -alt and clutch have nothing to do with steering. only steer pump or rack n pinion.good luck
