Any idea what would make the engine start misfiring after it gets warmed up already changed coil

Many possiblilities. Plugged converter is one of many possiblilities.
I would start with a code check on the pcm to see what is in there. Check fuel pressure and for spark when the problem is happening to start narrowing this down. The codes may give some insight.

Multiple misfire code.
5.7 motor?
HAve you looked at the cap and rotor? Seen a fair amount of them be a problem. I would replace it with a delphi if it is suspicious.
Best trying to determine if it is spark related and not fuel related. Test while the problem is happening.
Have you been losing any coolant?
May want to try a compression test on the cylinders after the motor is warm. That will give you a chance to see what the plugs look like and see if any abnormalities are present at the same time.

Scoping the spark would be good. Find out where the higher count is.
If you can't check this, get a look at the cap and rotor.
