After driving my car about 15 miles on the freeway followed by about 15 minutes of slow speed driving, I noticed my oil pressure guage almost bottomed out and the "check guages" light came on when the car was stopped at idol. The car was also sluggish when first accelerating from a dead stop then would accelerate normally. At this time the engine temperatute guage read at about 235%.
After about 2hrs, I drove the car again and it ran normally.
Any ideas as to what may have caused the drop in oil presssure and loss of power?
