I have low oil press and a low end knock in my 1995 LT1, does this require the main bearings to be replaced or will an oil pump rebuild kit fix it?

Hi:
If the knock is there, you will need rod or main bearings at a minimum. The crank may need turned or replaced. As far as the oil pressure, make sure the pump is the problem. I would recommend replacing it regardless.
