im changing my trans filter on my 1994 camaro z-28 and the old trans filter seal is stuck in housing how do they come out

VERY VERY VERY carefully. Get a small 90 degree angled steel pick -- like the ones at the dentists office. They usually come in a varity of angles and any auto parts store will have them. Be very very patient with removing this seal, you can cause big problems it you nick the sealing surface..Did I mention to be carefull....
