1994 Chevy Camaro runs good when cold runs bad when warm

on a cold day this car will run perfict for about 5 miles on a hot day it will only run good for about 2 miles
after the car warms up and you step on the gas hard it will miss and bog down then it picks up speed slow and will sometimes pop back through the exaust if you drive it slow it seems fine but if you get on it it seems to have a miss. can any one help me
