So i hooked up the fuel pressure gauge to the schrader valve tested good. so backed car out of garage then smell fuel the schrader valv is spewing gas all over the engine i shut it off and next thing i see is the engine cateches fire so i grab a water hose and put it out. Ever since then my car now runs a rough idle and spews white smoke out of the exhast. No check engine lights and fire was only going about a minute dont see any burnt wires or vacumme tubes and connection are dry and now there is exhasut fumes coming from passenger side of the engine

Your fuel pressure should be 41-47psi yours is too low-check if the injectors or the fuel pressure regulator are leaking

That's if its leaking-remove the vacuum line from the FPR do you see gas in the hose or regulator if so the vacuum diaphragm is ruptured

Check the fuel pressure without the fuel pressure regulator and comeback with the readings, the readings should be atleast 10psi over the present reading you have if not replace it
