I had to replace the fuel lines that run from my engine compartment, down to the chassis.
I didn't relieve the fuel system of pressure like I SHOULD have done, and when I disconnected the lines at the chassis, I spilled a large amount of fuel. I had some trouble hooking up the new lines, and in the process I spilled probably a couple of gallons of fuel on to my driveway beneath the car (which I soaked up the best I could with available materials)

My question is, should I be concerned about starting my car when the lines are all hooked up again?
I know gasoline evaporates very quickly, especially when it's outside. And as long as the lines are hooked up correctly, I wouldn't think the car would be affected. But I want to be sure.
Please help me correct my dumb and lazy mistake!!!

There's shouldn't be no problem just make sure its not leaking by checking it while engine is running. If its leaking you'll be losing fuel pressure and volume
