Hi, guys thank you for taking the time to
answer my question. I have a possible blown head gasket and I don't if I should go for the entire engine overhoul or just fix the head gasket. My car is running well ,not major engine overheating running smooth

if it's just head gasket then no reason at all to replace or rebuild the engine. if the head itself is cracked, then you may choose to replace engine with used one instead of just buying a reman head.
