The engine runs smooth when cold and the choke is partially closed but after it has warmed up it runs rough. It does not quit under a load, i.e. in drive but not rolling. but has very rough idle. Recent tune up and all good vac lines. Rebuild 2 years ago with no issues up until now. No trouble lights or check engine lights are on. Is this possible valve adjustment?

put a vacuum gage on it,see what reading you have, should be steady 17-22hg,you could have intake leak.

Have you checked the ohm readouts on the fuel injectors. That was what caused my rough idle.

Well, due to the fact you have a choke,I think we can rule out injectors. I would put a scanner on it and check the MAP sensor readout,TPS readout,I have had the vacuum hose for the MAP sensor collapse internally causing the map sensor to make the cars mixture not change(run rich or lean)
