Replaced windshield wiper motor with a used one 3 years ago. Wipers worked. Now something was making a loud roar when the wipes go down. I figured it maight be the hood pushed to closed to were the wipers rest inside. I opened the hood to where the wipers are totaly free and the same thing is happening. Could it be another worn out motor or could it be the arm that pulls the wipers?
