i replaced my rear wheel brake cylinder and i have bled out all the air out ! i just happened to noticed that my master cylinder was leaking so i bought a new master cylinder ! i bled the brakes again to make that the brakes has no air ! then i found out the rear brakes wasnt expanding out to stop the rear tires from spinning ! while someone the brake padel pressed down all the way i can still rotate the rear tires by hand ! so im getting no pressure to the back brakes ! what causing this problem ? portportioning valve ?

first thing to do is to adjust the brakes in the rear so there is a slight drag on them. Then what may be happening is the pedal isn't getting pushed in far enough to activate the rears. Although the cylinders are not going to move very far either. Then rebleed teh brakes once more. ONly this time pump them up or rent a power bleeder and crack the line at teh master on the front and back. It should have been prebled before putting it on the car. The part that operates the rear isn't a very large resevoir. But your best bet would be to rent a power beeder to make things easier onyou.
