Rubbing noise from wheels

I have a 1994 S-10 Blazer 4x4. I am hearing a rubbing noise when I am moving about 25 MPH when I am off of the gas pedal. Does a 4x4 model need a non-drive axle wheel bearing \ repack seals service? If so how much would this cost for the front and and how much for the bearings and seals in the rear (drive) axle?

If it is a squeeking noise you hear, its a tell tale on the brakes telling you to change then, thats what happened to my. you will only hear the noise when you're moving but not when your on the brakes or idleing.
