I have a 95 Blazer 4.3L w/125K. Next to my Transmission Dip stick there is a 1/4" hose that has transmission fluid coming out of it and it's falling onto my exhaust manifold and causing smoke. I retro fitted the hose so it will leak somewhere else. But what is the hose for and why is trans. fluid coming out of it. I'm losing about 1 quart a month.
