86 Chevy Blazer K5
50,000 miles (replaced engine)
350 V8
Completely overhauled engine from the block to the alternator.
Why does my engine runs smooth as glass when cold. As it warms up it begins to die and haphazardly make a clicking noise (almost like if it were loose rocker arms) that is not consistent with the run of the enigine. Almost like random hicups. The only questionable part is a personally rebuilt carburator. Could a jet be bad? [img:f9b74232f5]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/115660_Truck_small_2.jpg[/img:f9b74232f5]

If it runs worse as it warms, it's the choke thermostat! Did you put a new spring in it?
