2002 Chevy Blazer ABS and Brake lights are both on

both the ABS and Brake lights are coming on and the anti lock brakes are engaging prematurely

If both lights are on I would look over the brakes for a leak. If the problem was only in the ABS system only it's light would be on.
What is the fluid level in the master cylinder? Low or empty?
