I HAD TWO PROBLEMS ONE WAS CRANKSHAFT SENSOR CODE THE OTHER WAS MISSFIRE CYL. 4 REPLACED INJECTOR SYSTEM AND ALL INJECTORS,NO MORE MISSFIRE, BUT NOW IM GETTING CRANKSHAFT SENSOR WHEN YOU PUT A LOAD ON THE MOTOR AT ABOUT 3800 RPM THE TACHOMETER GOES CRAZY JUST JUMPING ALL OVER AND IT SOUNDS LIKE A PINGING AND THE COMPUTOR CODE IT GIVES IS CRANKSHAFT SENSOR

Recheck your work and make sure the sensor is tight and clean. It sounds like the timing is getting advanced or the sensor itself is bad again.

IVE WENT OVER IT AND NOTHING AND IM BEING TOLD THAT IF CRANKSHAFT SENSOR IS BAD CAR WILL NOT RUN AND IM WONDERING IF THATS THE CASE

The crank sensor can cause the engine not to run at all. However, it can cause other problems too. I can't guarantee that is the problem, but at this point, it seems to me that is has something to do with it.

A crank sensor is what identifies the ignition timing. I have seen them cause timing problems, engines that run and then shut down...

If the code you are getting is a crank sensor, my guess is that is where the problem is coming from.

Well i replaced crankshaft sensor and same problem,im now leaning toward coil pack,and whole new distributor

IAM ALSO GETTING A P0304 CODE WHICH IS MISSFIRE CYLINDER 4 I HAD IT AT CHEVY DEALER FOR INJECTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT AND IM WONDERING IF WHEN THEY REPLACE SPIDER ASSMBLY IF IT INCLUDES POPPETS BECAUSE I KEEP HEARING ABOUT POPPETS

I doubt they replaced them. If you pull the #4 spark plug out, what does it look like?

WELL I FOUND MY MISSFIRE PROB IT WAS A BAD COIL WIRE BUT NOW IM STILL GETTIN THE P0335 CRANKSHAFT SENSOR CIRCUIT MALFUNTION ,IVE REPLACED THE WIRES FROM THE SENSOR TO THE CPM AND NO DIFF MY TECH IS LEANING TOWARD A NEW COMP.AND I DID CONTRIBUTE

WELL ID LIKE TO FIGURE IT OUT BUT THIS WAY IT WILL TAKE SIX MONTHS ,TOOK IT TO MECH THEY CLAIM IT NEEDS NEW ENGINE HARNASS
