2001 Blazer 4.3 auto 4WD 98,000 miles
My 2001 chevy blazer with 98000 miles on it has (for the past year) had a rear end vibration that starts around 60 MPH and goes on from there. I feel it in the floor, both front seat and it works its way up into the steering wheel as speed gets higher.
My mechanic (GMC certified) is stumped. The tires have beenn replaced, the rear end itself has been replaced ( a recycled unit with 35,000 on it) tires rotated and balanced several times with no effect. U joints replaced and just about anything else he can think of. He is good in that if a fix does not work he does not charge me for it. A call to the loacl GMC and chevy dealer has not helped. No TSB's seem to be available for this problem.
Any ideas?
