Cuts off in heat. On hills, sudden stops, and stop lights, and signs. Engine light comes on shortly, and cuts bacck off. Drove today for a hour or more, and never had a problem. How expensive is it to fix?

What you need to do is take it to autozone and have the computer scanned for OBD2 code/s and comeback with it this is where we start.
