I'm trying to find the fuel filter for replacement and I also need to know how to releave the fuel pressure and replace the filter

If the vehicle sits overnight without the key being cycled, there is usually not much pressure on the system. You can check for pressure at the schrader valve. You can bleed it off with a pressure gage or wrap a rag around the schrader so gas doesn't go everywhere. Take the gas cap loose.

The filter itself looks to have a quick disconnect on one end and a threaded fitting on the other. A couple of wrenches on the threaded fitting, one for back-up, the other on the line nut. On the quick disconnect, I have used a pair of needle nose pliers, to get it loose, I usually have to fight with it. I think the auto store sells a cheap disconnect tool, that might be better.

As far as the filter location, two different databases gave two different answers. Try under the vehicle passenger side close to the tank. If that don't work follow the fuel lines.
