Engine problem
1998 Chevy Blazer V8 Four Wheel Drive 125000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
1998 Chevy Blazer, 4WD, 125,000miles--engine died and am having trouble deciding if it's worth replacing. After 9 years, is it time to get a new car? Otherwise it was doing okay.

Also, what should I expect pricewise? Will a used engine do, or should I get one that's rebuilt? What should I expect cost-wise for parts and labor.

(if this is a frequent question that's already been answered, sorry, but please do point me in the right direction)

Thanks a million, happy new year.
