my truck is stuck in 4 wheel low. i have replaced everything. what would cause it to just pop into 4 wheel low and how should i attempt to get it out. thank you

What do you consider everything?

If you replaced the encoder motor you would have needed to place the shift shaft into 2Hi to install it.
If you did this and it still is stuck in 4Lo then the shift linkage in the transfer case is probably broken.
