1997 Chevy Blazer engine no run shifter stuck in park no tu

yesterday when driving at 25mph in rain I tried to stop ABS came on stopped then blazer stalled ,put it in park tried to start, started after about 6 tries,drove 4 miles and parked.Came out and tried to start about 2 hours later, cranks but no start , do not hear pump running.Also will not come out of park , and turn signals do not work??All fuses on left side of dash ok(no.9), swapped relays in glovebox and three along firewall with other ones from just junked vehicle.What if any relay connects turn signals and fuel pump and floor shifter solenoid together???The guages or idiot lights do not light in run position.All other electrical systems appear normal??Blazer ran and everything worked fine before??
