Electrical problem
1996 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

the voltage gauge in dash of my 1996 chevrolet blazer is fluctuating from 13.5 volts (driving or 2000+ rpm) to 10-11ish volts (sitting in park or at a red light)?
I have replaced the battery and alternator within the last 2 weeks. anyone know what the problem could be? any help would be much appreciated and needed. thanks.
