brakes lights aren't working and fuses, bulbs, and wiring all seem to be good on the truck. We also replaced the rear u-joint, but there is still a vibration coming from the back end of the truck. What do you think it could be or how can we fix it.

This happen to me as well, not on the blazer but another GM product. My brake lights would not work, I changed bulbs, fuses, even a brake switch underneath the brake pedal. No luck on those items. I was wiggling the turn signal and found that in certain positions the brake lights would come on. There was a short in the turn signal module, after replacing the module that is in the steering column my brakes work perfectly. Being a GM product I'm wondering if this is a lateral problem. I hope this helps.
