best advise is to buy a haynes manual. i have a 97 jimmy and it's the same one for your blazer. that are about $20 at an auto parts store. i changed both on mine, idler 3 times. it has pictures and instructions. i've had my manual for years and it's almost destroyed. i'll just buy a new one!! it has saved me thousands in shop fees since i bought my truck in 2000!!!
