1996 Chevy Blazer removal/installation of an intake manifol

could you please provide me with specific instructions on how to remove an intake manifold gasket? There is one bot I can't seem to get to and it's close to the steering wheel.

That should be bolt 10, you should be able to get it out using a swivel socket. In the manual there is nothing mentioned about it being a problem to get out.
