1996 Chevy Blazer brake problem

Hi, recently my brakes on ny 96 blazer have been building up a lot of pressure and making a hissing noise as I try to stop. It's difficult to come to a complete stop because as I try to apply the breaks it stalls out my truck. Can you help me?

That sounds like a problem with the brake booster leaking vacuum. It likely needs a new booster.
