1996 Chevy Blazer air conditioning vent problem

air conditioning works great. dash vents do not work
only blows through defroster and floor vent. what do i check to fix???????????????

check your vacuum supply and make sure there is vacuum there. otherwise check your HVAC conrol head and make sure that vacuum is switching
