When ever I turn off my 95 chevy blazer, I hear a whining noise from the rear of the vehicle. I assume that is the fuel pump not wanting to cut off but I'm not sure hat to do. My only solution as of yet is to disconnect the battery when I leave the car for more than an hour. Any help would be appreciated. I also have tired removing the fuel pump relay but I still heard the whining nosie.
