1995 Chevy Blazer 4 wheel drive not working

My blazer has the shifter on the floor. It is not the push button type. I can shift it into and out of the different gears and it feels like it is shifting properly. It does not go into 4 wheel drive in either 4hi or 4lo. HELP!!!!!

When you go to 4lo, is there a gear reduction? If so, the transfer case is okay. That means there is a problem at the front differential. Check it for vacuum leaks.
