1994 Chevy Blazer blower motor inop

1994 S-10 Blazer. The blower motor does not work in any position. The fuse is good. The switch seems to be good. Does this mean the blower motor is bad or could there be another problem/solution?

Power the blower motor direct from the battery and see what happens if it comes on-test the blower motor relay.
