I have to two foot it or it will die on me. It is lopeing and will not keep constant idle... Seemes to be an air compression problem. I already tried new plugs and wires. The odd thing is... The hose that goes from the valve cover to the manifold or throttle "Whatever that is on top of the engine". Was cracked but when replaced the problem only worsend, and the engine will just die on me.
Any suggestions at all?

Thank you for your input.

I need you to check for a few things. First, if you remove the oil cap when the engine is running, is there a lot of pressure coming from it? Next, have you checked for a blockage from the air filter?

Let me know.

I removed the oil cap while the engine is running, and can feel no pressure at all coming from it.
I also checked everything from the ait filter to the engine. Yet have found no blockage.

Any suggestions?

THe hose you replaced from the valve cover gasket is for the PCV. THe valve that it attaches to is the PCV valve. If you remove the valve from the valve cover and shake it, do you hear a ratteling in it?

f it rattles, it's ok. I'm sorry for all of the questions, but I'm trying to limit possibilities. Has the check engine light come on?
