1993 Chevy Blazer spark plug blow out

I was wondering what would cause a spark plug to blow out of the head.

I was driving down the road when i heard a loud boom,
followed by pop pop pop pop.
When i pulled over to lift the hood, I saw the spark plug
dangling from the sp wire with the electrode but no nut.

is the spark plug's tip shattered or bent, also are the heads or spark plug threads stripped out on it? if so i belive the piston hit the spark plug and you should have the engine checked out.

if thers no damage seen, then i belive the plug may just have been loose.
