1993 Chevy Blazer Power Window off of track

When I took off the door panel of my Chevy Blazer I noticed that there is a bar bent back quite a ways and the window is off the track. When I push the motor buttons, I can hear the motor work fine.

What should I do with the window off the track and the bar pontially bent back?

may have to replace the regulator for the window
