Air Conditioning problem
1993 Chevy Blazer V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have pressure tested the system to 75psi with nitrogen for 15 minutes with no pressure loss, and no visible leaks using soapy water solution. But, when pulling vacuum, it loses 6 inches in five minutes and is down to 10 inches overnite. Any ideas?

Sometimes when you presurize a system oil can be pushed into a leak and seal it and in the evaporator thin alluminum can seal . Now with a vaccum you pulling down and will open leaks. My experience with GM is if you can't find leak then it is the evaporator.
If you can get a halogen leak detector put a can freon in with your nitrogen let set hour turn fan on low with detector wand in vent I bet she goes off.
Good luck
