Electrical problem
1986 Chevy Blazer V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic
I bought a 1986 blazer and installed a rebuilt 350 engine. It was working fine the first few days and I was working out the kinks, but now I have a problem I can't figure out.
I have something drawing on the battery constantly. I tested the battery and it is good. I pulled all of the fuses and tested the circuits. They all are okay. Then I went through and tested every wire I can find in the vehicle. I still can't find it. I also replaced the starter as that was iffy on whether or not it was working okay.
What else could it be? I'm still pulling 12volts between the negative battery posts and the disconnected negative battery cable. I'm still getting something drawing power. I've disconnected every item I can think of to test. Any thought or ideas would be appreciated
