I am having issues with my passenger side windshield wiper. My driver's side wiper works, but my passenger side wiper doesn't. I can see that the motor is turning, but it's like the wiper arm is loose, or doesn't catch. Occasionally it attempts to work, or it will all of the sudden start working, but it is out of sync with the other wiper and catches on it.
Is there a way to tighten the actual arm onto the thing that turns?
