1995 Chevy Beretta V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 105000 miles

Hey, my name is Matt and I own a 1995 chevy beretta. the car has been sitting for approx 3 yrs, since I have gone away to college. I am debating whether it would be worth it to invest money into fixing it up to drivable status. I am willing to invest anywhere up to 1000 for repairs. It was initially left because it needed a fuel pump and I did not have the money to fix it. since then it has gone unattended and any problem you can imagine that stems from a car sitting for an extended period of this car will most likely have. If you think it is feasible and worthwhile to invest money into repairing it i would want to do the work myself. unfortunately I dont know what work will be needed and I only have a moderate level of mechanical experience. Please dont spare any information you think relevant and dont hesitate to give me your honest opinion.
