1992 Chevy Beretta car shuts off

was that with you bliping the the throttle open and closed? that's a little low for idle or the engine off.

when it dies, does it start right back up?

yes, it starts back up until you give it gas again. could
it be a fuel regulator problem?

was the car running when you took the pressure reading? were you blipping the throttle?

sorry it took so long to reply. yes, i did blip the throttle. Over the weekend, i changed the fuel pump, started the car, and got the same result. The car will run, then shut off. If i am driving, the car will cut off repeatedly, cycling on and off as I go. I also changed the fuel filter, and had a mechanic check for cosed. The only code he found was for manifold air temp sensor, 10v high.

could you elaborate please

While I am driving, the car will just shut off, dead as a doorknob. If I just coast, after about 5 seconds the car will restart. 30 seconds later, off again then on again. If I stop, then turn the key, the car will start and cut off repeatedly until I can get up to speed.

You mean the engine will come back to life without you turning the key if you just let the car coast?

does this problem only happen when you first start the car?
