If I owned a car less than 3 months and the oil pump went out on it, I had put 2 quarts of oil in cause the oil light came on then 2 days later it needed 2 quarts of oil then the next day it needed oil and i put 2 quarts of oil in and the oil light stayed on while the car made a ticking noise so i had it towed in to the dealer to fix, they told me that the oil pump went bad, and it is covered under the waranty they are going to replace the oil pump, however everyone else is telling me that since there didnt appear to be patches of oil under the car the oil went somewhere and that I am going to have engine troubles in the future is this true, the engine will never be good now?

Yes, if the oil was full and you had to add oil already, then it had to go somewhere. Oil doesn't just vanish. You have a leak that you haven't noticed, or you are burning oil. Be sure you let the dealer know about this concern. Have them check for any service bulletins.

Lemon law only applies to repeat repair attempts. Parts can fail at very low miles.
