2006 Chevy Aveo gas tank door

Same thing happened to my 06 aveo- had to pry it open with a screw driver- now we have a gas tank door that flaps in the wind. Maybe they can help you at a chevy dealership but it will cost ya either way. There gonna need to relpace the cable that runs from the lever in the car to the actuall gas tank door.
